I got one of those abtronic things today.
 

I hesitated and hesitated but finally got one of those electronic ab things.

So far it looks promising. I'll post some results in two weeks.

What do you think of the thing?

Oh yeah, I forgot to answer the question. You just bought the infomercial equivelent of penis pills. They're fire hazards, too, and sometimes shock the user and cause mild electrical burns as a bonus.

when i used to go to therapy they put those shock pads on my back to make it stronger.
it did work but the equipment they were using was more like $5,000 not $60 as seen on TV. hehe

Sit ups, low fat diet and CARDIO work is the only way to loose your gut.

They are real machines and they do their job.

They will tighten and tone your abs, BUT they WON'T remove any flabby gut you may have.
If you use these machines exclusively without any cardio work, then you'll have great abs, but no one will see them because they'll be hidden under your layer of fat.

YOU MUST do cardio work too to remove that fat layer so that the abs will show through.

And by the way, cardio work does NOT mean sit ups. Cardio work means running and playing sport etc.. Anything to get the heart rate up.

I personally don't think it'd work. Yes it does send impulses and your muscles contract, but I'd doubt the before and after pictures they use to advertise are accurate. For all you know they could be doing sit ups and other ab work outs along with the abtronic and it would not be false advertising.

Also will you start to eat more because you think you have this miracle abtronic? Probably will...

When seatbelts came into effect, the accident rate did not decline - yes seatbelts do save lives, but because people felt safer they began to drive faster and more dangerously, thus the accident rate stayed the same or might of even gone up.

Just saw a news show the other night about a 'similiar' product....several users are/were suing the company cuz it causes 'burns' on the body. One girl/lady got second degree burns where ever she used the pads...ab, shoulders, back...it was pretty nasty!

Hey, I've found one product that REALLY does work that's advertised on tv. "The Moving Men", those things work BEAUTIFULLY.

Hell, the wifey always wants the living room changed around which is a big pain in the ass for me because I have to lug everything around, including our big ass entertainment center.

Well, this time, I figured that I'd get some help from "The Moving Men", he he he.

Usually, I have to take the stereo and tv off the center and have to bust my balls moving it, but this time, I figured that I'd put those babies to the test and put one on each corner of the center.

Ya know what, I could pretty much push the damn thing without much strain and this time it had our tv and stereo left on it.

I haven't tried the thing on many other things yet. Once I have to move my cd rack with 1000 cds on it, I'll let ya know how that goes, ha ha ha.

But in conclusion, I recommend "The Moving Men". You can pick up a box from Wal-Mart for about $10.

I have done it yesterday and today.

I did 3 sets of 10 mins cause thats what the auto turn off is set on...

It seems to be working. There are ten "levels" and believe me anything above 6 is CRAZYYY!!!!

I always thought that the fact that all the muscles move on tv is faked so I tried it on my arm (bicep) and its not fake. At 7 my arm shoke like I was lifting something like twice a sec.

I dunno about the before and after pictures (ill try though) but I will measure myself now and later and post that for sure.
