It really isn't.
I've said it once, and I'll say it again. Go to any professional sports team and ask if they've ever had a TENS machine hooked up to them.
That's all these are.. Cut down versions. Real TENS machines offer more than just muscle toning abilities. The abtronic serves just the one purpose.

I've never used one myself, but if it really does contract the abs the way it's meant to, then it will do the job of tightening the them.
But like I've said before, it WON'T get rid of your jelly belly. The layer of fat that sits on top of the abs needs to be broken down via good eating and cardiovascular work.

It's no good having really good abs, if it's covered by a layer of fat.

Gotta agree with Jason here. I used the real machines in high school in therapy following a sports injury. They are great for keeping your muscles healthy but will not burn fat (if only they did!).
What I want to know is: has anybody here sexually stimulated/satisfied themselves with one?

i used abtronic thing today ON FULL SPEED for just 40 minutes . Its doesnt really hurt and my arm just bouncing.

this guy uses synthrol,huge amounts and his heart won't be able to keep up with it for a long time. Synthrol is a kind of injectable oil that pumps you, imagine it like silicone. He lost his wife a year ago from wrong steroid mix i think. He has two kids less than 10 y.old, but no brain. I dont think he will stay long in life. Paranoid.

Sure, it'll give you results, in addition to using it, you just have to do arobics for 30 minutes a day, do 10 minutes of situps a day, jog for another hour a day and I can guarentee that you'll start seeing results with the product :)
