ok my english isnt the best but i almost can translate everything ( english into german and the other way round ) but now i read something and im not sure if i got it right ( the translation )

i would translate it like this :

Die Verantwortlichkeit für ihr Leid wird so unmissverständlich und so umfassend als die des weißen Teils (der Bevölkerung) aufgefasst, dass es nicht nötig ist, die Schuldigen auch nur abzubilden.

I think there is a little mistake in the translation:

I would not translate represent with 'abzubilden' as this would not sound right


Represent can have two translations that might make sense here.

1. darzustellen (if you mean represent in the context of 'show')

2. vertreten (represent in the context of a lawyer representing a criminal)
