Maybe you're thinking of the prophecy of St. Malachy?

He supposedly predicted how many popes there were going to be and according to him there are only 2 left after this pope.

The next pope, St. Malachy referred to as "Gloria olivoe" (The Glory of the Olives).

The last pope, St. Malachy referred to by saying: "In extreme persecution, the seat of the Holy Roman Church will be occupied by Peter the Roman, who will feed the sheep through many tribulations, at the term of which the city of seven hills will be destroyed, and the formidable Judge will judge his people. The End."

What I don't understand is if he's lived such a good life, and he's goign to go right to heaven to be at god's right hand, why does everyone keep stopping him? Stop praying for him to live, stop trying to save him with medicine, let him do what the hell he wants! Cripes.. The prophecy says that when the last Pope of the 20th century and also the first Pope of the 21st century dies, then he will be replaced by the Jewish Pope.
Now, among the contender for the Pope's succession is Cardinal Lustiger of Paris, France who happens to have been born Jewish right before WW2, he was hidden by a Christian family during the war and stayed Christian after the war was over.
Anyways, if that happens, then the end of the world will be near.

I didn't put it together with Lustiger being from France, until you said something.

It also goes along with the "Glory of the Olive" thing, as the olive branch is supposedly a Biblical symbol for the Jewish race. Of course it could also mean spain or something like that.

BUT, Lustiger retired... Can they still make him pope?

I'm not sure about that, they're babling on the different network but no one knows as the rules area very complicated and must follow a certain protocol.
However, he may have been retired to avoid him being in the race to be the Pope. They do say that Lustiger remains a cardinal, however, and can still vote in any papal conclave until he turns 80. So who knows?

All I know is all hell will break loose when John paul passes on. You know it, I know it. People will riot, kill, slaughter and the extremist Muslims will uprise and dance in the streets partying over his death then Christians will not tolerate it and fighting will break out and destabilize the middle east even more until the hatred and fighting engulfs everyone in the world effectively putting more of a divisions between Christianity and Muslims.

The real key here is the next pope, "Gloria olivoe", is not in office very long - he either dies or quits shortly there after. From what I have read, the City of Seven Hills is what Jerusalem was referred to in ancient times.

That is the St. Malachy part of it. Now for the Nostradamus part -
"Mabus then will soon die, there will come
A horrible undoing of people and animals:
At once vengeance one will see vengeance,
One hundred hands, thirst, famine, when the comet will run."

Mabus, in my opinion is. Mohamed Abas (or commonly referred to as M. Abas in print) - the new leader of Palistine. According to Nostradamus, Mabus will be killed by the third anti-christ shortly after coming into power and the retaliation for this is WW3 = end of the world.

So, put the two together. We get a new pope who dies shortly there after (or quits) and then we get the final Pope - Peter The Roman. While all of this is happening, M. Abas is killed by the third anti-christ as a result of or resulting in the nuking of Jerusalem which leads to WW3 and the end of the world. Tough to say who the third anti-christ is but if all things line up, he is alive right now and probably a world power right now!

Now throw in what the bible says in Revelations...

Revelations 21: 1-3 Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth. The former heaven and the former earth had passed away, and the sea was no more. I also saw the holy city, a new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, "Behold, God's dwelling is with the human race. He will dwell with them and they will be his people and God himself will always be with them (as their God).


Cannot have a new Jerusalem unless the old one is gone.


Bottom line = end is near!
