I know Ti amo means i love, the rest i don't know.

It means " I want to lick your asshole "

Ik hou van je, schat van een meid!

(i figured, i'd translate it into dutch right away!)

I lived in Italy for about a year and that´s what it means to me. Maybe I got the grammar a little mixed up but its that meaning more or less. :2 cents:
