If you think that the laws that may govern them with the payouts, it is in their best interest to pay the big dollar people first. If they get sued, and have to pay out 3x the money, then they would rather get sued by the guy that they owe 1k and 100k.,

Why you guys have not got together and filed a class action lawsuit is beyond me.

i think there are quite a few people taking legal action but being instructed not to talk about it...

Sadly this is not anything new. iBill have been using funds and diverting these as they see fit. Some call that fraud.

All will be resolved thru time and some justice served, whether in monetory value or otherwise - irrespective of any demise of iBill.

Also... for any webmasters who took "advantage" of gkards - don't trust them with one dime, not because this is just another Galanis/Molina enterprise, - but there are other connections which don't look healthy for your finances.

Makes sense to pay the people who can do you the most harm to them if they so wanted.

2 months doesn't mean shit? Well it does when you continue to pay out 6 figures / week with no payment from your major processor. I wouldn't let it go on for 6 months :) I've taken actions to 'resolve' the issue and will no longer be using their services next week!

Now just because I haven't let it go on 6 months doesn't mean that me not being paid is nothing just because others have not been paid for 6 months.

Only got paid once since Sept 15th 2004.

MegaPartner_EriC - That is an achievement and just below average for iBill. I know of several webmasters who have not been paid since June 2004 and one who has never been paid since February 2004.

Who says the First Data problem in October was the start of iBill's mismanagement? :-)

I'm sure marc was not comparing his 2 months lack of payment to anyone elses 6 months. I think he was simply stating that if the 'top clients' were being paid off that his lack of payments were a tipoff that this information may be rumor based rather than factual.... at least thats how I understood it ... my 2 cents :)

Then there is the situation of how long will these big clients hang on to a sinking ship? If we were billing via IBILL (we thought about it but one look at Jason Galanis;s profile told me to stay away) and they had not paid others for one month I would soon be steering payments in a different direction.

Because IBILL will go down and even if you are being paid by them expect them to take at least the last two months and any reserve you have with them. Being paid today is no guaranty of being paid tomorrow.

So who are these big clients still billing via IBILL?
