NOTES OF BOOKING A TICKET FOR A FLIGHT

Step 1
When you get a booking request you have to establish ticket record and to look if there is any vacant seat left.

Step 2
? If there is no vacant seat left, add the request to waiting list and inform enquirer about the request. You are done with this request.
? If there is a vacant seat left, you have to check if the booking request is firm.

Step 3
? If the booking request is firm, add it to the firm booking requests list and inform enquirer about the request. Skip step 4 and go to step 5.
? If the booking request isn?t firm, add it to the provisional booking requests list and ask enquirer for a confirmation for this request.

Step 4
? If you get the confirmation for the booking request, add it to the firm booking requests list.
? If you don?t get the confirmation for the booking request, cancel this booking and take the next booking request from the waiting list. Check if it is confirmed. Repeat this action until you get a confirmed booking request and then add it to the firm booking requests list.

Step 5
Inform enquirer about the firm booking request and check if there is enough credit left for the ticket.

Step 6
? If the credit is good, you have to up-date cash record and then print the ticket. You are done with this request.
? If the credit isn?t good, you have to demand for the payment.

Step 7
? If you receive the payment for the ticket until the time limit is reached, up-date cash record and then print the ticket. You are done with this request.
? If you don?t receive the payment for the ticket until the time limit is reached, cancel this booking request and take the next booking request from the waiting list. Check if it?s confirmed. Repeat this action until you get a confirmed booking request and then add it to the firm booking requests list. Go to step 5.

Mind the spaces. A small oversight can lead to a small grade reduction.
