How do you politely tell someone they are kicked out of a group of friends?
 

this person keeps calling and stopping by. how do you do it without being a total ass?

There is no polite way. If he hasn't picked up on subtle/moderate hints, then he just isn't going to get it at all. Kick his ass and take his wallet then pee on him ... problem solved.

i tell people that we made a new rule for our house that says you HAVE to call before you stop by....and after about 10 times of trying to stop by and having to call, they eventually get the idea

if they keep showing up, make like there is some huge drama shit going on and slam the door after you tell him he was supposed to call

i have done this a few times, it works perfectly

only one time the call thing didn't work, and it was with a dude that became a meth head....he kept trying to stop by and borrow money....i had to chase him away with a bat....

i have that rule anyway with my good friends, i hate when people stop by without calling.

You're just going to have to tell them straight out, there's no getting around it. But if you're all sure you want them out, then I guess you can figure out how to do it with class, which would be my first suggestion.

Loan him a few $$ if you know he can't pay you back, I have gotten rid of a few people realy cheap like that or you could just come out and tell him you don't want to hang with him anymore.

No, the correct answer is to just keep being a dick and eventually he'll get the message. Some people are a little thick and take longer than others.

And if that doesn't work, then piss on him.

Depending on his mental status, as in not crazy or suicidal, just tell him that you would prefer for him not to be around you guys anymore.
