how do u handle asshole customers? the ones that know they can chargeback to fuck you up and threaten you with it because of some stupid shit like you didnt answer an email in 24 hours.

Inform them that a chargeback without a valid reason is fraud and can seriously fuck up their credit rating?

Apologize to them, offer them something free. Also inform them that chargebacks puts them in a fraud database and can keep them from ever joining a porn site in the future. Then apologize again.

Be Nice. If you can not work the issue out refund the money. That way they can not charge back, but can still buy another membership to one of your other sites. And hopefully they will like it better, ot at least not get a bug up their butt.

the best way for me is "gold medium way" = diplomatic way...
I usually let the say what they want even if they are not nice and don't give a shit for that..........but talking to them always in diplomatic way...:) |
I tell them to fuck off, refund their money without telling them, cancel whatever they got from me... and block them from accessing any sites.
