Anyone got an ICQ to an Epassporte rep? Applied 1 week ago and the validation charge still haven't shown up on the credit card.

Hate calling, it's hard when english isn't your first language :) That's allways the last thing we do if everything else fail...

They're probably going to want You to send in some cardholder verification stuff...
I think that seems to be a standard procedure they have for non-US clients.

No biggie really, done it myself.
Email them and explain the issue, they'll give You a ticket-# for it and then You
reply with it plus the documentation they request.

Since it's a personal account she'll need to email [email protected] -- they should be able to tell her what to supply if the cc verification process isn't working with her banking setup --

It takes about 10-14 days to be all done for non USA ppl..;)
