the full page ad on the second page should be for BBW

and the focus is lost again when clicking on the More Girls link on your main page

First thing you need to do if you want to make some money is re-work the site from a marketing standpoint.

Surfers don't click unless you tell them to and make them want to listen to you.

You've got pages of thumbnails with no ads on them, the ads you do have aren't necessarily relative to the subject -- for instance, the fpa in there -- your site a bbw one, and you've got a skinny chick on the fpa??? Try using an fpa from a bbw sponsor --

Your index page is way too generic for me as well -- erotica can mean anything and it's not really an exciting proposition the way you've laid out the page -- you need to catch the bbw surfers right off the bat and make sure they know you've got something for them. You also need to go ahead and get rid of the ones that aren't looking for bbw -- might as well do it on the front page, it will improve your ratios and save you some bandwidth. Take those counters off your index page too -- if you're on paid hosting you should have stats. Why give away front page traffic for nothing????

This page needs to really pop if you want to do more than just get glances at it -- it's one of your prime ad pages and yours is almost blank on first glance -- don't put anything that makes you real money in a position that the surfer has to scroll to find it --

Your gallery pages need ads up top, not banners really but text links -- get creative here with the writing and get the surfers to click thru! I'd also take the time to put the large pics on html pages and get some ads on those as well.
