When Posada led off with a hit in the 12th I think it was, Crosby should have pinch run. He could have stolen 2nd , gone to 3rd w/ Sierra's sac. and scored on a sac fly by Clark.

He's pitched well lately and he gets to pitch at home, in the playoffs. :2 cents:

Let's just hope that Mussina can do what he's been doing lately.

Torre's only down fall is, in big games he gets too anxious to use Rivera, instead of going with his usual set up of Gordon/Rivera. He expects the world of Mariano all the time and no one can be perfect all the time.

Yup. Rivera has been walking alot of people lately. A leadoff walk was a guarantee run.

He needs to go old school. Heat, high heat, higher heat! 1,2,3, everyone strikes out and its over.

With Millar he could have jammed him then have him lunge like how he ended game 1 or 2.
