I'm on my way to the Florida convention, and I have to turn around because of fucking hurricanes.... Weeks later, God strikes Florida again with a hurricane DOUBLE the size of the previous one..... once again, why does GOD hate Florida? Discuss

florida just makes the news because grandma and her rich friends want to live on the beach and get scared when a storm comes.

places like Mississippi and Lousiaian get hurricanes you dont even hear about it.

If you don't like Hurricanes, or the incovienance they cause, stay the hell out of the southeast US.

As someone that grew up on the coast of NC, it's obvisous that if you take out the tourists and the media, Hurricanes aren't nearly as bad as they appear. Risky, yes. End-of-the-world-storm-of-the-century, no. It does sell good advertising on TWC, though.
