What kind of rep do you want? The kind that knows business, posts useful info, helps out affiliates etc, or the type that draws huge amounts of attention to your program by posting their boobs/dicks/whatever?

Rick, since you've insulted me by not accepting my offer of $10k a month + (Ferrari or Aston Martin), I have now increased my price to $15,000 a month, as well, I will require a private jet, a villa in Monaco, and my own island in the South Pacific.

The first kind is pretty easy to find. Just hire some hot model, have her post nude pictures every once in a while, and you'll get more than enough attention.

The second type is pretty hard to find though. Most sales reps know nothing about the programs they work for, and are therefore utterly useless to affiliates. They just come up with generic answers when asked on ways to convert better.

In my opinion, if you're going for a type 2 rep, you might want to try giving that person a free site/tgp to manage for your program that purely promotes your sites. That way they learn a bit about what converts with your sites and what does not, and in practice instead of in theory.
Otherwise, go for someone with a shitload of experience, that also pays off in the long run.
