Ibill might be rebilling cancelled subs..

I noticed a significant increase in our rebill revenue.
I made a test purchase and cancelled it, but CMI still showed it active, and I cancelled again the day after, but I was rebilled today. I let them know about this.

Wow, i remember soemthing simil;ar happened in the past, i wonder why the processors allow such glitches, when they know they have to care so much about chargebacks....

We have not noticed any abnormal numbers relating to rebills. Please send me your details. Send the subscription id, your account number and details on how you cancelled the subscription. Was it through iBillcs.com or CMI? Did you send this info to [email protected] before you posted this? Did you get a confirmation that the subscription was cancelled? If so, please forward that to me as well.
