So how come the per minute charge in canada is so low?

We haven't established a really good termination point in Canada yet.

Hopefully, it will get better.

As the program gets more people using it the rates will get even higher.

And again, nobody seems really interested in the rate the end consumer has to pay. How much does this one charge? 4 bucks a minute? 5? 7? Kind of sad really...

I you are interested there was a company I talked to a week ago, which charges the surfer only a buck a minute, and still gives the webmaster 35 cents

I tried out the dialers not only is it sad they charge the surfer 7 dollars or even 3 dollars but off of a 3 dollar a minute call the webmaster only makes 35 cents that sucks

Someone's getting screwed when the webmaster only gets $10 for a sale and the surfer gets charged $100.

After hearing about the Communications Meeting a few weeks ago, from what I understand these smarter dialer compnaies like GIB are working under consulation from the FCC, FTC.

It looks like the heat is coming from those dialers that dial into Vanatau or other international countries to rack up a phone rates.. So to fix this and make the feds happy, the dialers are evolving into 900 number dialing.. Not sure how this helps the end consumer, but I can see how keeping this all in country and taxable makes the fed happy.

Give the fed a piece of the pie and they are happy I guess!

I like my visitors, don't want to fuck them with a 3 or 4 digit phone bill. I can pop a console sometimes, but they close and no charges. Never used a dialer, my ethical sense doesn't let me.
I have the first sex toplist from Brazil, and another guy who copied my toplist name is promoting a dialer there. I think I'll post a message at my toplist to let my visitors know and never download a .exe file from sex sites.

Credit Card sponsors are not a valid method of billing for many countries around the world. The people in these countries do not own credit cards.

Over 50% of the surfers on the Adult web are now from a non US origin. This percentage is increasing. However, only 10-15% of credit card signups are from non US origin. Therefore, if you convert 1/100 on US traffic, you convert 1/900 on non US traffic.

We've provided 2 options. We've provided a US option which utilizes 900 billing. It is identical in structure to phone sex lines. We have full disclosure of terms and costs both on our website and on the actual dialer.

For international customers we make international phone calls. We have full disclosure on the dialer for charges in each country. The only way for international surfers to access premium content areas in many cases is via the use of a dialer. They can't get a credit card even if they would like to.

We provide the webmaster with 2 options. They can send traffic from both the US and non US. Or just from outside of the US. Therefore, if your quality of traffic is high, you can continue to send your traffic to US traffic to credit card sponsors.

Our goal is to change how the dialer industry works. We want to create technological solutions to make phone billing a viable option for all webmasters.

A big reason for why conversions are decreasing is the increase in international surfers. Our US conversions have barely changed. However, 1 year ago the percentage of US to Foreign was about 80% to 20%. Now the percentage is more like 50% to 50%. In 2 years the international countries will make up over 75% of the surfers on our sites. It is a natural evolution.

EVERYONE in there mother is a dialer company now its fucken stupid already... ALL the people who were against them are now coming out with there own..

DONT YOU GET IT.There are so many dialer companies now that the webmasters hop hopp hopp all day jumping around....i know about 10 guys who fell on there ass and struggled to make 2000 min a day....

Bode, nice reply, but it didn't answer the question... What are the rates the end consumer has to pay? I odn't think someone with their right mind will knowingly use the 3-7 USD/min dialers to view porn...

One buck with a 35 cent payout is getting closer to being fair. But why on earth terminate a US customer outside of the US?
