After messing around with numerous "Bring on the sunny weather" incantations and chants...I finally did it!

I figured out what I was doing wrong...while saying the incantation chant I hopped 3 times on my left leg while holding one ear and giving the peace sign with my right hand.

What was needed was TWO hops on my RIGHT leg while holding my left boob and flipping the bird with my left hand.

Sheeesh I feel like an idiot LOL

So you're the one who stole the sun. It's been cloudy, windy & chilly all day here in Kansas.
