My son is 14!! He gave me the inforfation after I got the facts out of one of his friends. Sorry for any problems

They told me it was around $28 for a month. Well, I would imagine that without a call /e-mail you will just keep

billing MY card. The billing WILL end now. Consider this your call to end service to subscription ID# XXXX.

that's actually a good point. I hate when parents blame everyone but their kids (and certainly not themselves). get a fucking clue and deal with the real problem, your parenting skills. If you don't know your kid is stealing your CC to buy porn, then you're not paying enough attention. :2 cents:

Be happy that the mother/father is accepting their responsibility & not requesting you refund any monies back.

Cancel them and let them know that you did.

I wouldn't start or leave open any additional dialoge with them though....

Your processor might send out cancellation confirmations as well.

Well, I got this story.
One hour after signing up some guy said his bank has called him and told his card was used to join our site (Ibill doesn't show the site name in the statement), and he found out his son did this, and he even had the subs. number and asked for a refund... And there are others using this method, I always want to say "You liar SOB"

Caller: Hi, this is blah blah and it appears my 5 year old nephew signed up for your lesbian site with MY credit card when he was visiting me...he was facinated when he saw my computer so I let him "play" on it for a while...SMART little devil isn't he? *insert giggle*. So anyways, the thing is, I'm not going to get mad at you for letting a 5 year old join your site but I must insist that ALL funds be returned to me.

Me: Are you saying FIVE as in he will be only 6 years old his next birthday?

Caller: Yes

Me: So what you are saying is that this FIVE year old turned on your computer...hahahahahahaed your browser...typed in the name of a search engine like google and searched for lesbian porn....found a lesbian site he liked....knew enough to understand that INSTANT ACCESS meant to join the site and see the rest of the content. Went in your purse, stole your credit card......managed to fill in all the information such as email addresss, name....
Typed in the credit card number...knew where to look for the expiry date of the card...and even knew to look on the back of the card for the CVV2 number that the billing company requires?

Caller: Uhm, well *insert giggle* I told you he was smart

Me: No child that is 5 years old is that smart.

Caller: Uhm, so this isn't going to work is it?

The customer asked to be canceled, I would cancel him and send him some links for filters and possibly a refund. In reality since we are automatically guilty in the cc world . It doesnt pay even if they are the biggest assholes in the world . They can chargeback.
