And there are others using this method, I always want to say "You liar SOB"

Went in your purse, stole your credit card......managed to fill in all the information such as email addresss, name....
Typed in the credit card number...knew where to look for the expiry date of the card...and even knew to look on the back of the card for the CVV2 number that the billing company requires?

The customer asked to be canceled, I would cancel him and send him some links for filters and possibly a refund. In reality since we are automatically guilty in the cc world . It doesnt pay even if they are the biggest assholes in the world . They can chargeback.
