Outlook Question
Is there a way to open up a blank e mail, then from a pull down load the ability to have pre-written e mails go into the body of your e mail?
So, I could have 4 diff types of e mails to send and if I want to respond to an e mail, I could go to a pull down menu and then send it with a few clicks. I have only been able to find the save e mail but that requires a few more clicks to copy and paste. :helpme |

you could have a few txt files with what ever yo uwant in them ... then open out look -> create mail -> click on where you type your email -> insert -> input text from a txt file.
Should do the trick more or less :-) |

Anyhow when you create a mail .. check if there is a insert button at the top and if that has the option "insert text from txt file"(or alike) then just use a pre made text file .. hahahahahaha notepad make a file save it on some place) .. If that option is not there in 2002 .. then i have no idea :glugglug |

Setting up an e-mail template
In Outlook, you can create templates that contain text you send over and over again to different recipients. You can compose and save a message as a template, and then use that template whenever you need it. Just add any new or personalized text before you send the message. google "outlook template" for more info... hth... |
