Ibill vs CCbill or other CC processor
 

I`m looking for CC processor

which one is the best in your opinion?
which one is more friendly for users and of course for me :)

any suggestions?

ccbill has more features like advertising many sites under 1 acc.

but ibill takes cards better

They both have their pros and cons. You should distribute among both.

I would say Ibill just because they made me my first fortune and very user friendly, I have never been with ccbill but I would say after being with Ibill, probilling, and currently verotel I would say Ibill is the best. Although Ibill you have to pay the $700 fee or whatever I would still chose either them of ccbill if I wasnt canadian and could use them. Ibill's customer service was really bad at times to get a hold of your representative but they just changed hands and are now owned by hustler so hopefully that means only good things for the future.

Ibill has the best signups and especially rebills of any processor we've tried. Tech support has vastly improved there in the past year.

Ibill makes the most money for me and gets the most sign ups. I call them on the phone if I need help and I get through to someone in under a few minutes.

The best converting site out of over 50 in XPays.com is http://HotelHeiress.com - which uses IBill and does under 1:100 counting front page clicks. On some links they are doing better than 1:30 and we have a great approval ratio on attempts to successfuls for initial full month memberships. It is early for us with IBill but none of the sites we mix in work as well. Jettis is doing consistently well on our Swank Magazine 50/50 program.

Ccbill has paid ontime everytime for over 5 years solid.

No one can say that about Ibill.

Ibill has paid us on time for 4 years on our first account with them and on time for HotelHeiress.com sales since start.

I understand webmasters feel burned on the web900 deal - but I always thought it was lazy of webmasters to use their processor for pay by phone. checks - ya sure, but phone billing imho is a very specialized field that savy webmasters will choose to use a specialized company for.

Anyway, I've seen you post this thought many times and it doesn't just reflect poorly on IBill....

Truth is, it wasn't losing the money that bothered me. It was the stalling, lying, avoiding, and double-talking bullshit that killed Ibill for me.

But I do feel well supported by the people at CCbill, I like to throw them some love whenever I can. Nothing wrong with that right?

i agree - i'd rather work with people i trust.

Around that time, if my memory is correct- vanawatu went down and many dialer payouts were hurt. that is a high risk business as we all know so part of playing in the big leagues are the costs of doing business on high risk...

Anyway, runarounds suck but second chances are what business is all about. The processing world is so monopolistic in the first place.

I could care less who you process with and the more the merrier. Is it ok if if I express my opinion just as you do? right?

Use Netbilling. They give you the most options and best pricing. Use CCbill as a backup.

I have no beef with you Evan, and Ibill has the support of lots of fine companies. Just not mine.

I've learned a lot over the last few years, and if I cared enough about the money lost at Ibill I would have sued them by now. I've been too busy doing what I do, the money lost was just a blip on the screen. They've lost more in not processing us than we lost by their 900 fuckup.

Things have a funny way of working themselves out in this biz.

Anyway... If you areplanning on having affiliates, you will need to go for CCBILL, since the affiliate area from IBILL STINKS

ccbill scrubs about 15% more than I Bill.
ccbill scrubs about 10% more rebills than I bill.
you will increase your bottom line by 25% by using I Bill.
