before you start praising exclusive content again, consider the small timers, that will mostly be in this thread.

anyone with very limited investment money jumping on the exclusive content bandwagon will lose money.

consider how much you had to spend to get it started, and how much it bothers you that people share it on P2P now.

Many tips here are important one

- Try to have at least 50% of your content be exclusive

- Update at least twice a week and get creative with updates to keep the retention going, for example you shot a movie with 4 parts dont just release it all in one update, release part 4 in week 5 but at the same time every update you start a new photo set or movie etc.

- Protect your content using DRM, to protect non members from being able to jerk off for free.

- If you are new to the business avoid custom affiliate script programs, you will find it hard to get affiliates, just let them use for example regular third party tracking and payouts.

- Dont judge how good your site converts based on some exit traffic or a gallery on easypic, test test test all sorts of traffic.

- If you are say in the S&M niche try buy member area traffic from S&M sites, member area traffic is the best traffic out there when you target your niche.

- Always offer a non recurring option, like 24.95 recurring 30 days, 69.95 non recurring 120 days etc.
