This is the best I've found. Eat a bag of dehydrated apricots (the regular sulfured kind). You'll soon be passing massive amounts of the foulest rotten-egg smelling farts. I did this once on a long trip and tortured all of my car mates.

The worst I've EVER had to endure was when my ex went out for a night and got ratted on Guinness and then ate a load of pickled eggs :(

it depends what your body is used to, a ate over 1.5 kilos of baked beans a day for a few weeks straight and at the end they had no farting effects whatsoever. cabbage is always good, beans are pretty good. spicy food too
