Mouthwatering meat!

In celebration of the beginning of summer, it's time to break out the barbie-que for real. Does anyone have any mouthwatering recipies for the manliness that is the Grill?

All meat belong in beer before it's cooked. Put your meat in a bowl and cover with beer. Leave it in the fridge overnight and then grill away the next day. :thumbsup

This is probably an old one, but I always lay my meat in a mix of herbs and oil for a few hours, so it really gets in there. That makes it taste so good.

just make sure to sprinkle some lemon pepper on it - that's the key to greatness

my man is a big fan of Hy's steak salt.. the orange one. I like the Cajun one but in small doses.

Same here.
Hey Elli, get some squash, season it with salt and pepper and a little garlic, wrap it in foil and throw it on the barbie. Tastes great!

An excellent marinade is olive oil, a bit of soy sauce, balsamic vinegar aned chopped garlic. Let it sit for a few hours, or overnight. YUM!
