There are over 45 poker message boards online and growing and none accept buttons in their sig. They are behind the adult industry on what makes money. Like having sigs.

Sweet domain, not many one word ones left that are that good. I have only managed to grab a few of them, would estimate 25k minimum in my humble estimation, especially since deleted.com could cover a multitude of sites.

I posted above. In the $10K to $15K range I think like Todd said is the number.

He has some other domains also. He's advertising some scents and perfumes stuff he sells on our site.

Domains are getting back there value again. We have about 350 or so, alot from the old days and are getting more emails about selling, deals, etc.

Just got an ok offer for cookieshop.com, 25k, but I think it's worth more, and I always wanted to open a cookie store up someday :)

A domain player brokering a domain just means the domain is overpriced.

a) targeted traffic - do any of you domain buyers type in deleted.com ?

b) non-targeted - maybe 30 a day, probably some foreigner learning dictionary words :)

c) branding single word is the only reason it gives it any kind of the small value ith as.

Wow, you're right, your advice is worth 2 cents and not a penny more.

The guy that owns it called us to buy an ad on Men.com today and mentioned if we would be interested in buying his domain. I have no idea what its worth because its not the kind I would normally go after since it needs a professional domain registry service on there to make it worthwhile.

My first instinct was in the $10K to $15K range and by the posts here that would be about right. I value Todd's opinion above because he deals with domains extensively also.

Some real criticizing twits on this board recently that have a handful of posts and act like they are credible.

State who you are and why we should value your opinion for more than 2 cents Mr. Expert and then we'll decide if its even worth our time to bother reading your garbage.

In my humble opionion, 10-15k is a good buy for that domain. If I had the time to develop it, I would buy it in an instant for that price.

On a side note, I buy loads of pharmaceutical related domains, and medsrx.com recently sold for $6500 on pool. Deleted.com is a far better property than medsrx.com, even at twice the price.

IMHO 5 Figures seems alot,
but then again it all depends on who the person is and what ideas they have for such a domain.

It's only worth what the HIGHEST person is willing to pay for it, not the average or lowest. Personally, little value to that domain name for me, but the .net/org/biz/info/us are all reg'd, so it has some value to others.

If you think of things in relative terms.....find a $10K domain you own, and see if you'd prefer that one, or deleted.com....

$10K can buy 1/2 a bad 2 letter.com these days, or some decent 3-letter .coms, so that's the marketplace.

Deleted.com would be awesome for a deleted domains service. Provide a free searchable database, like deleteddomains.com and a paid monitoring/autorenewal service. Awesome branding potential. Easily 5 figures, in my opinion.

I agree, the thing is its limited pretty much to 2 development choices that I can think it would work on.

I control around 15,000 domains, you aren't the only one on the internet.

in reality , that domain is worth around $1000 /3 years revenue max.

What I see here are big players stiring up things so the craze catches on, inexperienced, uneducated investors jump in and buy on the top. Players with good estates start killing the sheeep.
