Dont get it removed! I have been with 3 guys who had moles on their cocks before, and they were the sexiest things. If it is a raise mole though (and not just colour), you may want to talk to your doctor. Moles are actually the first sign of cancer although alot of ppl get them, sometimes they can be fatal.
