I got a mole removed off my back... They just swab stinging disinfectant on it, cut it out with a scalpel, one or two stitches, and more disinfectant, that then gets inside the cut and stings like hell. Expect it to sting for two or three days afterwards.
You get that removed, and your dick will be in agony for a fucing week.
