My update on the diet plan...
I first started I was 171
now 10 days later I am 159 I stoped drinking sodas 100% Switched to Bottle water/Gatoraid/poweraid Eating changed from 5+ times a day to 2 times a day. QTY cal intake from 4k cals a day to just under 830 Soups/Salads/Subway/Special K/Cheerios The only exersise I did was a 2 1/2 mile jogg/walk I got sick for 4 days after (still sick) The first 5 days It felt Like I was starving... So far so good. My target range 145lbs @ 5'9 |

2 weeks on atkins
260 to 250 40lbs more to go to get to my goal weight. Saving money eating good food... Haven't started going all out exersizing yet. Good job man... you can do it. |
yeah man just dropping sodas and fast food can really lose the weight fast
