Who's scrubbing the least right now?
It seems both Epoch and CCBill are out to fuck over me right now.
Jettis any better? I need to switch all my promotion away from these 2 cockknockers for now. |
Have scrubs gone insane for everyone? What's up CCbill? Help a brother out . .
|
aye its fucking nuts..
78% denials today 34% yesterday 36% on the 19th What is fucking nuts is I have a .09% CB ratio, hell my refunds are under 1% and yet I still get my balls scrubed with a brilo pad. |

Jettis is a great company!

good luck with that buddy
|
Someone needs to get their shit together, this is completely unacceptable...
Best part is, no CCBill or Epoch rep ever bothers to respond to these threads... which they are bound to fucking read. These guys piss me off to no end. |
Maybe I should set-up each site with 2 different VISA contacts, split the joins up so it lowers the total sales and maybe I can slip under the RAPE-o-meter some.
|
This is why you need to cascade with a powerful system like http://nats.toomuchmedia.com
[end blatant spam] :) |
I use NATS :)
Epoch, to CCbill, CC for both and checking and Web900.. If Epoch kick'em, only about 10% will make it through CCbill. |
I don't know, CCbill has been good to us lately ... some wonkey #'s over the past 2 weeks, and vastly changing polarity of "popular" join times ... (for example, this week it seems way more joins come in between 10 am and 2 pm, and last week the more popular time was late late evening/early morngin, and before that we hardly had any joins before noon, and all of a sudden they'd come pouring in) I can understand trends, but they usually change slowly over a period of weeks or months, not days ...
Epoch, on the other hand, has taken 24 hours to respond to a password request by me, and their call in "support" staff is next to worthless, all they say is "send an email" ... wtf? Ain't nuthin but love guys - but that seriously has to be taken care of. CCbill's support staff will pick their nose and eat it for you if you want them to. |
Drew, im here
we had some intermittent network issues yesterday, not sure if that is what you may be referring to? if you would like your declines looked at over a certain period of time, icq me and I will make sure that this gets done Nothing has recently changed anywhere as far as scrubbing goes 45471840 |
Good'ol CCbill steps up the plate :)

Hit me up on ICQ at 5956902 |
I just think the whole mentality of the processors in general is stupid.
Im sorry, but when you're used to doing 1:150, day in and day out, and then a couple days pop up at 0:4000. Something is wrong, and someone is doing their job wrong. To say, everything is running fine, etc. etc. is an insult to our intelligence. How bout someone actually cough up some fucking truth around here, and say something like "Well, we've been getting alot of fraud on some of our accounts, and in order to keep ourselves under the Visa radar, we decided to go ahead and just deny 90% of all transactions for the next two days. That will go ahead and give us a little bit better daily average of chargebacks." And don't even bother to quote me the law of averages. Those 3 words are severely played out. Im just venting, my foodstamps are a week late here in Texas. =( |

I agree 100%... No way in gods earth that nobody changes anything and declines go from 3-10% all the way up to 30%+ and in a few days it will drop back down as if nothing happened. I'm starting to think scrub is 100% chance on 'possible good' transactions. Of course known bad or blocked countries are dropped from the start. The rest is a random role of the dice, you either crap out or keep going. Sometimes it's all CRAP! |

hmm... I'm ghostly white because I live in seattle ... and a little pudgy around the mid section ... but although BrettJ likes to poke me in the tummy (NOT LIKE THAT!) until I say "Tee Hee" I don't think I'm that pudgy |

And I do agree with you, if a ratio suddenly drops, then I think that it would become a priority to investigate it; absolutely However, by investigate, I don?t mean to stop at the processor, I mean to look at your server traffic logs to see if your hits to the ?join? page decreased, or are the # or percentage of declines up or down, or is there a specific decline reason, does your card go through, etc?.continue the troubleshooting rather than stop at ?must be the scrub? The process is completely auditable, every decline and the reason for which can be retrieved icq me |
