Got abs?
Getting nice abs has always been hard for me, even with 3-4 workouts a week. Now I know why:

its true. you cant see abs if they have a thick layer of fat over them. most people have nice abs and just dont know it.

You have to get your body fat under the specific percentage for them to come out nice, I forget what exactly it is, but it's true, after you developed them at the gym, the only way to get them to come out is to diet.

I run a lot and I read Jeff Galloway's books about running. There was a part in one of his books about dieting. He says that eating something like butter or mayo is the same thing as taking a syringe and injecting fat into your body.
You have to workout but you have to be careful of what you eat. |

if your bf% is low all you need is a mfew crunches a day thats it if you bf% is high doing a million crunches a day will do shit yeah i know noone wants to hear it, continue eating your fuckin hotdogs and pizza and believe that the 6 second ab machine on TV will take care of ya not meant to anyone here just general |

My diet sucks and my abs are becoming pretty defined just from working out. The only thing I've changed in the past few months is now I rarely drink alcohol anymore, but I still eat ice cream and cake on a regular basis.. :xomunch
