it's funny how I get labeled an "anti-American" because I hate Bush
He sends tons of other people's kids to die in an invasion to suit his own agenda and makes a dumbass speech trying to justify it with old cliche lines that his father used in speeches from the past.
I voice my opinion and I get responses back like "well, you'd hate it if you needed help and the US didn't help you" Who asked the US for help in Iraq? Who asked the US to ivade them? oh right, no one. Doing one thing on your own isn't the same as helping someone at their request. I get hammered as an "anti-american" because I am pissed off that Bush is sending decent, young potential heros and leaders off to some desert to die under the banner of lies and falsehoods... yeah, WMD's... that's a good one. Am I an anti-American? Hell no... it pains me to no end that Americans are being sent to die for their assclown pesident. They're not dying for their country. They die at Bush's request. I'm anti-Bush. Not anti-American. To all the haters who think otherwise... :321GFY |
Don't criticise Israel either, you will be an Anti-Seminte
|
I dont think you are anti-American
You're just a whiny bitch. We're stuck with this chump until at least the election, and who knows, he might have another Ace or two up his sleeve. So stop reminding us about him, ok? |
you should be labeled pro-American for that
|
Quote:
The ace he had up his sleeve was actually a joker and he bluffed everyone until it came time to show his cards. Exposing a shaving sponsor is considered good for the industry, but exposing a lying president isn't good for the country? |
Are you American?

Hey Masked Man, can ya hit me up on icq please? :)

But they dont. They want someone who will tell them that everything is fine, their social security is intact, we are winning the war, the children is learning, jobs are being created and the economy is getting better. Its simply too goddamn depressing for most people to be told what the status of our nation really is. They can't handle it. The rare politician who dares to tell people what the real story is - will usually be labeled an extremist and accused of being un-American, a trouble maker, etc. People may say they want one thing when in actuality they really want the opposite. |

YOU exposed the pres as a bad guy? no shit? You really are something special. I bet you and Al Gore invented the Internet, too. |

If they had just said that Saddam was a bad man and should be removed, then people could weigh that as it is... instead of having to fear for their lives from some impending doom from made up WMD's. |

The same Bush sheep who say you hate America if you hate Bush, spent eight years hating Clinton, so tell them to fuck off.
They hated a president who brought the country peace and prosperity, but they don't want you to hate a president who fucked up the country. Bush is bad for America. |

I remember a few years ago when Clinton was in power. Some people criticized him, yet I never heard anyone label the critics as anti-American. But it's different now, you're dealing with right wingers and religious fundamentalists.

No President is 100% good or 100% bad.
No President has ever averaged much better than pleasing half the people while pissing off the other half. There is such a thing as showing respect for the office and the man in it at the time. No matter which party he is with, but especially during a conflict when our troops are involved. This does not make you a "good American, nor does it make you a sheep, it just shows you have some respect for your country, your heritage, and have at least some sense of the reality that the people that disagree with you on one topic might agree with you on another. Neither party is 100% right or wrong, and neither are you. Calling any President a moron, comparing him to hitler, and some of the really low life bashing I have seen here isn't anti-American, it's just foolish, childish, uninformed and is stupid. :2 cents: |
"We have seen intelligence over many months that they have chemical and biological weapons, and that they have dispersed them and that they're weaponized and that, in one case at least, the command and control arrangements have been established." ? Bush, Feb. 8, 2003.
"... to disarm Iraq, to free its people and to defend the world from grave danger" - Bush, March 19, 2003. |
get used to it. Anyone who doesnt follow what's hip in the US is considered anti american. Patriotism is super contageous and exagerated when it comes to politics.

I stated that it's true that people like to be lied to instead of told the gruesome truth. I also stated that it's a little extreme to go to the extreme of making up even more gruesome "truths" that obviously aren't true. You then chirped your little "It is you that is lying about "imminent threat"...the President never uttered those words" squacking you do, which is obviously wrong. It is not me that's lying... because i never said that the president uttered those words, did I? You are the one making that part up. Now then, who is it that has trouble reading?? |

By tons you mean what is it under 700. and by his own agenda you mean protecting you. and by old cliche lines you mean the ones that say Saddam was a threat and you should be glad he isnt in power any more. On that note, I don't get you people. I don't believe you are pro-saddam meaning you actually favor his rule. The only thing I can gather is you never thought he was a threat. Which all the evidence supports the contrary. Is it the feel oh we are America, Saddam can no way threaten us. I don't get it but would be happy to have an answer from you or anyone else for that matter. Quote:

Stuy, who the hell cares? You know it, I know it, and a great majority of the US people know that he is a fool. And after subjecting myself to that horror of a speech last night on TV, I feel brilliant, he's like the Rainman.
Hopefully this election is not rigged and the peoples vote actually matters this time around. I am not Anti-American, infact I would spend more time and more of my money there if it wasn't run by monkey man and a movie star ;) |
Come on now we all know that Saddam have WMD's and he's so dangerous that he just didn't use them against us :)

anyhahahaha who questions the importance of dissent in our system needs to revisit the writings of the people who built this country. Following a political leader simply because he is a leader is anti-American. |

Are we now saying that the failure of the US Admin is because of all the lies the security services, the British, French, German and Intel agencies conveyed to this thing in the Whitehouse?? How quaint. "It was the French who made us invade Iraq". "Words" as far as Bush is concerned are meaningless - whether he "said" this or that is totally irrelevant within this Admin. It is an Admin based on lies - from all angles. There is NO DOUBT of the attitudes and opinions of this current Admin. This are been clearly stated on many occasions. They are also a little "smarter" than state outright lies, (tho that has lapsed at times). The technique is "suggest" and repeat the same old cliches in the hope that they will stick. That is not honest - it is lying - especially when there is no foundation. But, as you have said many times, the US government will continue to do what they need to do (whatever the hell that means! *g*) If you must - carry on supporting "George-Pass-The-Buck-Dubya"- this person has no honor or credibility. US people deserve a LOAD better than having this ass as a 'leader". |
Bush
In my opinion, if you're: black latin asian middle class lower class work for a living don't live off a trust fund gay open-minded or not a sheep you shouldn't like Bush |
