how can I be bigger?
I'm 6'4" 170lbs
I'm fucking slim, what should I do to be bigger, like 200-230lbs eat seems the easiest answer, but doesn't seem to work. :helpme |

i'm the same way, it's impossible for me to gain weight, ive tried working out, weight gainers, eating like a horse and all. I could eat 10lbs of cake and lose 5 lbs in the process :(

Decent combination of real carbs (pastas, rice, etc, not sugar carbs), gym time, and lots of protein (both meat and supplements) should gain you a decent amount of weight over a couple of months... |
dont eat breakfast, body will go into starvation mode and your metabolism wont be ass quick

Im so lazy, If I had the cash, I'de hire someone with one of those shock therapy things and if I started slackin between reps, hed hit me with it.. until basically I couldn't even move.

My advice is basically what most everyone else said, eat. Protein is the key [chicken breast, fish-especially tuna, steak, etc.], potatoes, rice, that sort of thing. supplements help, fuck with some protein shakes and bars from time to time. work out 3-5 times a week, with heavy weight, and do decent cardio and you should notice some nice gains.
