Hire a personal trainer like me, he makes me go fullout at the gym and also helps me with my diet.
Pretein shakes, egg whites, rice - eat all that shit.

Also watch the movie Pumping Iron with Arnie.

You need to be motivated, all the years of being skinny should be enough.

get yourself a trainer and get into the gym... he'll pound you with heavy weights and small # of reps and get your on creatine and weight gainer shit.... and have you eating like a horse

To gain muscle mass you must:

First find your BMR and then add on any other calories you burn during the day (physical activities).. Consume approximately 300 more calories than this number per day, and construct protein/carbs/fats ratios like this: 40%, 40%, 20%

then get in the gym and train like a beast.
