This pudgy, disgusting BUDDHA BELLY thing I have got going on!!! It is worse than EVER since I am not allowed to go to the gym yet, what can I do (aside from not eating) to help minimize this while I recouperate?!

do halfway situps. They are easier than full situps.

lay on your back, bend till your knees are almost level to your chest, put your hands behind your head. Now make your kness touch your elbows then back down.

Since you're just now starting off... at 20 you start to feel the burn. Dicipline yourself to do 30. If you make yourself burn for a while the last one will make you wanna turn over in pain. That means you are done the first day. do the same the next day until you can go more and more. This only takes like 5-10 minutes of your time. The reason you wanna start slow is so that you wont be sore the next day. Then gradually add more to the count. It still should only take 5-10 minutes of your day. Who looks forward to doing 1 hour of situps everyday. Also make sure to let your abs rest right after. Watch some tube or take a nap. Muscle and tone developes while you rest.

Kayla, it actually helps just to suck in your stomach and hold it as long as you can, then let it out. Rest a few seconds and repeat. Do that as often as you can every day. It's not strenuous, but it does tone up those muscles. You can also work you bottom if you clench it the same way. Try both at the same time. It feels quite good. :)

I injured my back doing yoga around 6 months ago, serious stuff, 6-7 mm bulge on my L5-S1...

Haven't been able to work out for 6 months and have managed not to gain weight by boosting up on my Omegas (3, 6, and 9 the fats that fight fat) and lots of fiber (absorbs fat so you don't digest it and the body can work on what it already has stored.)

I have a healthy approach and don't believe on all the ephedra stuff, been there done that and it turns you into a raving shaky bitch, so don't go there, he he he!

The day before and of the interview, I would take some CornSilk pills which is a strong diuretic body builders use before competitions so they look more ripped. Be cautious with this as you don't want to overuse it and dehydrate which can be very dangerous. A mild case would give you the worst hangover like headache and nausea so follow directions and don't start using it regularly or your body will start fighting it and start retaining water.

You can buy Pilates DVDs. If you don't want to spend money then
Pilates vids are all over file sharing.

The work out is so simple you don't need to get in a gym or class
you just need to learn the moves.

Kayla, pink actually makes pale skin look more pale. I know, because I'm very light skinned. I wore alot of pink when I was tan, but I can't wear it at all now. If I were you, I'd go for a soft coral on the lips, a medium brown on the lids and a pale peach on the brow bone, with just a touch of a very pale tan right under the eyebrow. :)

Actually, before I saw that, I did my make up for going out...soft brown in the crease of my eyelid, brown eyeliner, a HINT of light tan under the brow and coral blush...pretty much Burts Bees lip balm on my mouth, but hey! I TRIED! LOL

Also, I found, and bought, a medicine ball with handles on the sides for some ab work!
