I seen the proof many many times that the Adult Industry is fucking toast with saturation, theft and a majority of people about as disfunctional as fucken John Wayn Bobbits marriage.

The industry is changing and ever changing and the profits are getting shorter as every girl steps in front of a camara from CA to fucken Siberia and with that the dollar is spread the same way.

I've known Alien for 3 years now and he's been this pessimistic about the business the entire time.

There's always room for new people, because there are always people falling out of the business. Some will make it, some won't - don't listen to the negative folks and just keep pushing ahead.

Marketshare is always fluid in any environment and like it's been said before, if you want it bad enough and put the hours it takes and take an innovative approach from time to time, there's room for any hard working folks.

In the past year I've met at least 4 people who were coming to the boards for the first time, had never been to a webmaster convention and didn't know anyone else... but they'd all been in the business for years and were making great money. They just happened to see an ad somewhere and came over to check the board out.

Plenty of folks in this biz who don't have contacts or a networking system who succeed.

The industry is a verticle market but its spread is massively wide there for dollar per dollar your working harder for it.
Giving false illusions to new commers is not a nice thing to do...
