You could use some more cardio though ;)

BradM 03-05-2004 05:20 PM

Probably not alone creatine, but some cardio is needed. Do wyou know your fat percentage?

boneprone 03-05-2004 05:20 PM

your stomach appears thicker in the after pics...

You been eating a lot of protein and beef?

YOu do look more bulked up, but the stomach area does too,

Not fat, just thicker it seems.

I gotta go back to the gym, this is just what I needed.

malakajoe 03-05-2004 05:22 PM

First thing...good job.

But if I was you, I would work on my lats. If you want to look big and put on even more pounds, the back is the best way to go. You will have more of a triangle look.

Then you must work harder, Your shoulders and arms are a bit big compared to your back. If you want to have a nice body, you should try to be as simetric as possible

pimplink 03-05-2004 05:26 PM

Nice body...

beemk 03-05-2004 05:46 PM

congrats, yeah your arms and shoulders look a lot bigger than your chest and back. nothing you can solve though. you are definitely on the right track. gaining 16 pounds of muscle is a lot harder than people think it is. ive been working on it too but i've only gained around 5 pounds in the past month or so.

what did you do to gain the muscle besides the creatine? i'm anti creatine. only suppliment i use is protein and weight gainer.

16 pounds in 6 weeks ?

I have been lifting weight a lot and know how it works...

Don't be impatient and gain your muscle without using steroids.

I know, steroids build muscles quickly, but it also make your nuts disapear quicly.

thanks... yeah I train everything equally so I'm not sure why that's happening, guess I should add more sets to chest and back.

yeah its really rough for me, I have had a hard time gaining weight all my life so 16 pounds to me is a huge jump.

The main thing I used to gain the muscle was S1+ by dermabolics its a prohormone and its transdermal.

Why are you anti-creatine? did you know that creatine was found in all beef and red meat?

Congrats :thumbsup

You have givin me the motivation to keep going with my routine.

Thank You

Greg B 03-05-2004 05:56 PM

Dude, stay off the fucking supplements....

Use natural foods. You don't need that shit.

The most heavily muscled animals on land or the sea are plant eaters. Doesn't mean don't eat meat or fish etc., just do it right.

Creatine does cause muscle fiber to grow fast, BUT it deteriorates just as fast.

Your muscle is made up of what you feed it. Feed it right, it'll be and do right.

I eat alot but I also take alot of protein in shake, and bar form. Don't always have time to sit around the george foreman waiting...

I'd say I'm doing pretty good as it is thanks. I may not look like a male model but I've been getting constant compliments for the past two weeks

i just read a lot of places that its bad for you, not to mention the fact that i like doing the whole natural thing. protein can be found in meat too.... but that doesnt mean its good for you to have 5x as much protein that comes from eating meat.
