Personally I dont want to use stuff like "S1+ by Dermabolics stacked with NOx3" ... do you think most of your gains came from taking that?

you don't need a lot of supps to make crazy gains on max-ot. I am just impatient. just take in lots of protein and ull be fine!

lol...interesting information so far but this response cracked me up. Anger issues? I remember taking Andro a few years back along with creatine and ended up more aggresive and with a hotter temper.

Way to go man....I was off the gym for just over a year due to illness, and when I finally went back I put on 30 pounds in just over 4 weeks. Alot of that was fat. I used to be around 6% bodyfat when I trained hard. I had to take another few months off due to a rotator cuff injury that I had gotten fighting a while back that I reinjured when I started training again. I have been back for 2 weeks now, strength is coming back and my rotator feels a hellof a lot better. Keep it up man your lookin good :thumbsup

your delts look improved and I think your back looks more defined. I see others recommending more creatine. Beware, dont increase it too much or you wont make it to the the toilet. Trust me. I know.:waaaaahh

Better than pictures is tape measurements, the tale of the tape is solid. Good work :) Most people dont hit legs or back hard enough,they are painful tought workouts. They tend to focus on the show muscles arms, shoulders and chest. You should give back its own day to hit it properly and remember if you dont feel nauseous after lifting your not intense enough.

yeah hell yeah you are right... lol the more you take the more you piss... Sometimes 3-4 times in an hour! try doing that in a crowded bar or basketball game... its gets old quick

you are right... I should have done the tape test but couldnt find a roll anywhere. The workout I am on, max-ot, is good because you work out each bodypart equally. I hit legs just as hard as secondary muscles such as tris or bis. I normally would give back its own day, but I'm on a full schedule at school so I added a secondary group to follow (tris). Once summer is here I'll be able to go 5 days a week like I'm sposed-ta.

heres some info on max-ot... alot of reading but its broken up into weekly chunks which makes it alot easier... good reading... as a matter of fact one gfy'er tried it about 6 months ago and posted some amazing before and after pics after like 2 months on it
