Justice Department Launches Long-Anticipated War on Obscenity
crazy fucking bush whore
"We're facing more time than the guy that they just arrested that was trying to sell the surface-to-air missile," said Zicari bush is more concerned about porn and getting re elected than he is the safety of the us people |
VOTE KERRY!
|
man thats fucked up. that guys porn is obviously not for everyone, but the standard by which they judge is based on the views of one christian group of rich white males who when forced to fuck their horrid old bag wives they keep the lights off and fantasize about altar boys or their hot secretary who they bang in the name of jesus. Fucking hippocrites, probably wouldnt even know about porn like this unless some little boy fucking preacher hadnt ordered a copy to jerk off too before confessional to brighten his day.
FUCK ALL THESE FUCKS!! :321GFY :321GFY :321GFY :BangBang: |

Queue 12clicks and the other jackasses saying Clinton was just as hard on porn as Bush because he prosecuted Ron Levi and Max Cash for fraud. :1orglaugh
|
this sucks but seriously if your promoting pissing, fisting, simulated rape and torture I think you are painting a big red target on your back no matter who is in the white house.
|
Just remember the reason those people were arrested. They were faking rapes and murders and underage sex in their videos. That is what is obsene, not our kinda content. The sick shit deserves to be banned. You all need to stop being so parnaoid, yes I hate bush, but I dont think its the end of online porn, just the nasty LEGAL kinda porn, like kids who have 'model' paysites where they were sexy clothing etc.

Tax dollars.

Remember the rape scene in "The Road Warrior"
They rape that dudes wife and make em watch. Then shoot her with a cross bow. Then take the husband hostage eventually tying him up to the front of bus and I think killing him later in the movie. Yup same thing. |

Vote Jesus! :thumbsup |
ok, it's scarry but look at what they were doing.
"One of the confiscated movies, Forced Entry, features three graphic scenes of women being spat upon, raped and murdered. " come on guys, does that stuff need to exist? I draw the line at hurting people |

Was just a matter of time before this administration mades its crackdown on the industry.
November cant come soon enough. |
Hopefully in court his defense will raise that issue by using "The Road Warrior" in there defense.
The Road Warrior was/Is everywhere in the United States and is a widely viewed film and has achieved cult status. The rape scene was never edited out. Its very graphic when ya watch it. http://images.amazon.com/images/P/63...1.LZZZZZZZ.jpg There was not a censorship issue with it at all. |
I'm moving to Canada....'eh

You think people shouldn't be allowed to fantasize about stuff that doesn't turn you on? |
More about "The Road Warrior" I cant help it...
On a side note, after its release, it won the Los Angeles Film Critics Association Awards for best foreign film. It was also France's Avoriaz Fantastic Film Festival winner for 1982, and in 1982, the Australian Film Institute awarded it for Best Direction, Best Achievement in Sound, Best Achievement in Production Design, Best Achievement in Editing, and Best Achievement in Costume Design. It was, of course, also the movie that made Gibson an international star. -As read on Amazon. |
No -- the justice dept. shouldn't do anything...
It should be up to webmasters to go after others at shows (i.e. Max Hardcore -- what was that 3 years ago)... hahaha |
Ummmm, that article is dated Aug 28.
Was this supposed to be breaking news? :eek7 |

:1orglaugh August 28th? Originating from the April 8th seizure and charges based on usage of the US mail - last fucking year?
I know you're desparate to beat a dead horse, but maybe you could find a fresh story? Have you reposted the Hustler Ohio obscenity charges lately? :1orglaugh |
sleazy for president !

I remember seeing the shriners as a kid in a parade on little tiny mini bikes.....
I thought that was cool...I did not like the fez very much though....found them to be a tad ridiculous. jihadcash.com is the bomb |
I think their case had 3 parts that made it easy to target, if you are not involved in these 3 it may not be so problematic...
1. Content was quite extreme. 2. It was a mailing case (anything about the Net?) 3. They were producers of the content (not say distributors or affiliates) |

Don't break the rules: 1. Do not operate, promote, or produce porn in Ohio 2. Do not get on network TV and toot your own horn. 3. Do not taunt the government in anyway. 4. Do not get involved with outright illegal activities. i.e. CP, fisting, beast, etc. All 4 of the above rules are broken countless times, over and over, but yet people still think there is no rhyme or reason to these prosecutions. -dd Fear Fear Fear Fear Fear Fear, and more Fear. |

Will they also prosecute Mel Gibsons because of his homoerotic snuff movie?

that story is from august. abc just keeps changing the headline. nevertheless, an important article.
so is this one. an excerpt: "While it seems logical that because children don't have the ability to purchase adult services, adult Webmasters would try to avoid them, this is, surprisingly, largely untrue. According to a recent U.S. National Academy of Science report, done by the National Research Council's Computer Science and Telecommunications Board, increased competition among pornographers means purveyors are resorting to more aggressive marketing techniques, which include targeting children. Citing a 2002 Nielsen/Net Ratings report, about 16% of the visitors to adult sites in February 2002 were under the age of 18. One source who testified before the Academy of Science board was quoted as saying that 20% to 30% of traffic to adult sites is comprised of children. Depending on the type of marketing or advertising model used by a particular site, there may be no incentive to filter children. In fact, targeting children may be an effective way of increasing ad revenue. Remember, the name of the game is site traffic where adult sites are concerned. So they can't rely just on keywords to boost traffic." |

i keep reading people saying basically stay away from extreme content and you'll be fine.
there's no real reason to believe that. the government has been extremely clear in their intent - they feel that ALL sexual material is obscene, and for election's sake, they'd be happy to prosecute. do you believe in the tenets this country was founded on - freedoms including freedoms of speech? VOTE. most people i know DON'T vote, but then complain. please - VOTE, and if you want a change, vote kerry. i don't really like him that much but if you vote for a smaller party's candidate, he can't win and it's just one less vote for a change in the administration. |
This is really nothing new, there was no secret that mailing material via US post office was a sure way to get indicted for obscenity at least in some states.
|
OMG ! This Just In - Flynt Prosecuted in Cincinnati !
What will those Bush fuckers stop at !!?? Oh wait, that was during a Democratic administration ... nevermind. |
Yes..VOTE KERRY:glugglug
|
The Irony in the courthouse would probably best decribed as cataclysmic.
Or somthing like that. Think about it. Mel Gibson becomes a subject all the while "Passion of christ" is running around loose! These are the things that make life fun. |
