And it continues to amaze me that you think there is a difference between the two chumps. What do honestly visualize is going to change? Or more importantly, what do want to see changed with this oh so important election? If you want to actually change something, scrape your coins together and buy someone. That is the only way I have ever, in my life, seen anything accomplished in Washington. |

Again, if you lump this guy into the great Bush/Asshahahahaha conspiracy you are wrong. If someone has the interview I am speaking of, encode it. Then I think everyone will agree at once, the dude fucked up. |

David- I know exactly what interivew you speak of.
Yeah he called em out on the mat. But it does not mean he is wrong. They will get out on community standards especially if there is a Road Warrior DVD or VHS tape at the local video store. |
look sorry for the old date on the post google had it as a new article.... But it has sparked some good conversation so who the fuck cares how old the article is !

how clueless are some of you? were you not aware that obscenity laws exist in the United States, Great Britain, Canada, Australia, practically every country on this planet draws a legal line on obscene materials.
The American law where the alleged obscenity must be judged by 12 of the peers in the community where you live or where you sold the material is fair - if those 12 people believe that the material would be deemed obscene by the community standards of that locale then you're guilty. Move to a more liberal state or city or even country if you want to be a pornographer. If you're producing fisting or scat content in a small town in Texas you should go to jail - not for obscenity but stupidity. the argument comparing a rape scene in a Rob Black movie to a rape scene in Mad Max or Deathwish is silly. Those scenes are integral to telling a story - works of 'art' get added protection. i'm not for obscenity laws - but grow up and deal with it - they are going to exist long after you are off this planet. that said, I want Bush and his looney toon religious zealots out of office. Ashhahahahaha ordered a beautiful nude statue at the Department of Justice covered up - that is a nutbar, with that kind of guy in charge it's not just the fisting and scat people who are at risk of going to jail, it's everbody who shows a naked body, hell even a half naked body. scary times - Howard Stern yanked off the air in major American cities because the government wanted him off the air. |

Do not taunt the government. They are there to 'serve' the people and if you make them look like fools they will destroy you. This brings up bigger issues about the US that do not need to be discussed in this thread. Do not toot your own horn on national TV. He got on TV all smiles and giggles and proclaimed himself the sickest, baddest fuck in the world. Well the bad ass just met a bigger bad ass... the US DOJ. I wish him luck, but I pin this squarely on him. He produced the shit, got on TV and introduced America to his product, and then proceeded to taunt the government. Then, cries like a little bitch in the newspaper "Why Us, Why Us". Not a lot of mental capacity with this guy. |
You just defined a rape scene as a work of art and acknowledged that it is.
Story, director, design, appeal, has nothing to do with it. :eek7 |

AlienQ: Comparing an extreme fisting / rape / piss video to Mad Max is just silly. It has all to do with the objectives of the movies in question.
MadMax tells a story. The rape is part of that story, and it does not show any pentration, nor is it the only and principal part of the movie, nor do they linger or otherwise attempt to bring glory to the act. It certainly doesn't run long enough for raincoaters to get off. To compare a 30 second scene from a major release to a 2 hour lesson in how to be a rapist just ain't real brilliant. The rape in one is part of a story, a portrayal of real life. The other is a film to allow sick pervs to learn how to rape and beat off at the same time. it is that type of logic that makes porn people look ignorant. Alex |

obscenity in America is defined by the 3 point miller test. you cannot compare a short porn clip with a 90 minute movie. one of the key tests in deciding if the work is obscene is that the content must be looked at "in the whole". which means what % of the work is deemed obscene? a single image or a few minutes in a long motion picture will fail the obscenity test based on that criteria, and an affirmative defense will be art. the mainstream hollywood movie with a very graphic rape scene will fail the obscenity test because it will be considered "in the whole". it is my opinion that rob black will be acquitted because short segments of very rough material are packaged into a presentation over an hour long. his attorneys will surely argue an artistic defense. on the other hand, a 3 minute internet clip depicting violent or degraging sex could very well put the producer in jail. |

[B]i keep reading people saying basically stay away from extreme content and you'll be fine. there's no real reason to believe that. the government has been extremely clear in their intent - they feel that ALL sexual material is obscene, and for election's sake, they'd be happy to prosecute. What do you mean they believe 'all sexual content is obscene'? Is this the end of Playboy? |
yeah this is getting ridiculous. this religious agenda has to go. we can start by voting for Kerry. he may not be the best choice, but i'm sure he's the lesser evil.

why don't he try to focus his mind on somethings that will help his countrymen?

O' Canada, O' Canada.....:winkwink:
