today i got a personal email from the owner of webair, asking me if everything was OK with my account.

i've had a bunch of hosts, but never an email like that.

i thought i was special

Mike is good people, Webair has made the difference and ive tried multiple hosts FROM THIS BOARD, and I was with Webair before coming to this board and they are still #1 for me.

he's never emailed me, now im pissed. your thread just lost them some customers.

webair called me today as well. and i got an email.

two seperate people calling in on me to make sure that everything is primo. thats what i call customer service. thats what i call retainment :)
