anatomy of successful webhost --- webair
today i got a personal email from the owner of webair, asking me if everything was OK with my account.
i've had a bunch of hosts, but never an email like that. |

heheh Mike is good people, Webair has made the difference and ive tried multiple hosts FROM THIS BOARD, and I was with Webair before coming to this board and they are still #1 for me.

two seperate people calling in on me to make sure that everything is primo. thats what i call customer service. thats what i call retainment  |
