No Answer! - Epoch, Ibill!
 
Ok, so its now 1 week and a few emails later and I still haven't been able to get a reply from Epoch or IBILL.

Does anybody have an icq number for any of the reps?

Epoch replies very quick to me, always.
Did you try to call them? Where are you sending your emails to?
Try [email protected]

Ibill is a different story...you can expect a reply in a couple weeks from them if they reply ever, better call them!

i hate to do this but email support[@]ccbill.com with a "test" message and report how long it takes to get a reply.

Why do people who work on the web have a fear of the phone .Also email is not a 100% form of communication. My wife emails me from across the room and sometimes I dont get them.

Hmmm Timezones, convienence and i would expect to get e-mail replies....
Breaking to make phone call is not practical when ya work on the web and an e-mail is a record you carry for the future.... unless you record all your phone calls do ya?

You should check out new inventions such as the telephone. I think it has something to do with sending a voice signal over a line. Not sure tho, hope it can help.
