Nice tits - firm, round, not too big, not too small.
Nice n' tight pink pussy, very trimmed or bald. Long hair, brunette preferably. They must posess a great ass that is willing to provide entry. Nice lips that also allow entry. Must be willing to run for smokes and cigs. Loud in bed, (not snoring), but quiet at most other times. Job is a plus. Damn, just read it said board, not broad. my bad. |

You've seen in short order that this was the wrong board to ask such a question...
Too many comedian wannabes here to ask a question like that.. Almost like asking, "What if there were no hypothetical questions?" But to answer... A board not filled with kids, people starved for attention, and ego maniacs would be nice.. One that was consistent with useful information.. One that deleted any message not pertinent to the topic... But I've yet to find such.. and doubt that one will appear... |

You ask a simple question and all you get is dumbass replies. It can get annoying after a while :2 cents: |
Good board recipe. :1orglaugh
Ingredients 1. A lot of users. 2. A lot of posts. 3. A good board name. 4. Drama. 5. Business. 6. A good mix of newbies, idiots, big players and sexy female webmistresses (all of legal age of course). 7. Good moderators. 8. A kick ass, unforgettable design. 9. A highly modified version of vbulletin. 10. Awesome prizes (xboxs, dvd players, cars, bikes, computers, etc.) I'll probably think of more later... Instructions Mix ALL ingredients together in a large bowl, remove excess ego's, pedo's, personalities and all other waste, then place into oven for 1 hour at 225C. Remove from oven and place in bin. Presto, you now have a good board. :glugglug |
i agree a real drama

I'll try to make up for my previous, smart-ass reply. But I think the only simple answer is "it depends." What do you want to accomplish? I visit a good number of boards (an embarassing number, actually) both inside and outside the adult industry. I'll address a couple of non-industry boards.
One has hundreds of forums and thousands of users, and I shudder to think what the total post count must be. The moderators are as strict as nuns and frequently edit or delete posts. There is very little real interaction in the posts...mostly (it seems to me) you get people posting to see their own words, and nothing more. Yet...there's still a strong sense of community. They hold a handful of conventions each year and get good attendance. And, they have a number of impressive corporate sponsors. Another is a more general-interest board with numerous, category-specific forums. Moderators are virtually non-existant in most of them. There are only a handful of threads, some of which dry up after a few posts while others go on indefinitely. The only advertising is for the board sponsor and there are maybe a couple hundred members, only a few of whom post regularly. So which is the better board? Personally, I prefer the second, though a lot of people would find it boring. I think most people here would despise the heavy-handed moderators at the first, but the regulars there appreciate the lack of drama and flaming. As with anything else, you have to define your goals before you can plan for them. Asking "What makes a good board" is like asking "What makes a good dessert?" |

Pay a few people to make highly inflammatory posts about people on this board, come here and tell them, "hey, you better get over to my board - soandso is talking shit about you."
keep this going long enough and you'll have something. |
