It's 3:30AM here and I want to know what bothers you about most, if not all, affiliate programs. Payout amount? Payout schedule? Not enough hosted etc... You get the idea.

programs that don't show me all the stats, i want to see everything raw, unique, how many clicked through etc

also programs that shave :321GFY

Does being able to log in to the processor (ibill,ccbill,epoch) and see stats come up high on your list of priorities when choosing a sponsor?

actually yes, that would totally kick ass on a pay-per-signup sponsor

edit: although I have yet to see a PPS sponsor do that...

I don't like sponsors who use flash or porn in their webmaster sections. I'm not a surfer, I don't need to be wowed with animations and sound effects every time I log in, and already know what tits look like, I'd like to be able to safely check stats in a public environment.

you know what bothers the fuck out of me is the fact that up untill 3 days ago I hadnt talked to localg in allmost a year.

Never mind i got sick and was out of the loop for allmost 7 months but me and him got into the biz within about 2 months of each other and he has been a good friend ever since. I'm just talking about the fact that hes my fuckin boy and i missed him .( i hope that dosent sound gay but i really dont give a fuck cause like i said hes still my boy and one of the few i would consider a true friend in this biz.)

Looking forward to it man, Vegas is going to be an eye-opener for me being it's my first trip but I think I'm going with the right group of people. LocalG is a good guy, so far I haven't heard of anyone who is vocal of otherwise.

Stats that don't show the referrer for sales. Not just traffic referrers, but info for each actual sale. It is beneficial to both parties if the affiliate knows where the signups are coming from.

I agree totally about the referring sales, it's a big help to know what you're doing right that is making the sales.

Pardon my ignorance but are there any programs out (pps or revshare) which show you referring stats for sales/raws/uniques and still allow you to log in to the processor?

Reason being I'm interested if there is a way to give more statistics about the traffic and not violate the trust we have with webmasters.

No you fuck off shitstain. Youre by far the most annoying and immature program owner out there. Why people do business with you is a mystery to me.

I personaly tend to open multiple accounts up per sponsor so that I can track sales from various traffic sources seperatly. It's a pain in the ass to check stats and re-log into stats multiple times.

I personally like how Maxcash allows for sub id's and they all show up together when you log in. Makes checking stats really easy.

So I guess a feature I would like others to adopt then would be to either

1. offer sub ids that show up in 1 stats area JUST like maxcash does.

or

2. allow you to check multiple accounts from one spot.

Besides this all i need to know is uniques and referal urls and I'm good to go :-)

I like the multiple accounts from one spot theory, the only reason I'd prefer it over sub id's are that some variables from the are going to be lost regardless of how hard you try to track them. Still some traffic referral statistics are better then none.

* I want to see the raw referring URL that resulted in a sale. No editing, no interpretation... just show me the raw URL the the user clicked on that resulted in a sale, even if I add some extra variables into the URL that the program doesn't use at all (used for internal tracking).

* BYOT options, including a URL variable that lets me decide on what tour page to send my surfers to.

* Free content of the actual models available on the site. I like advertising what the buyer will actually see once they fork over their credit card number. I don't care if the content is over-used, since my porn traffic is largely clueless.

* Hosted galleries are always a good thing, although most tend to suck. It's nice to have a massive free option to dump my surfers onto if they're not buying my sales pitches.

* Don't offer to pay me $60 per signup and then shave my asshole clean. I tend to go rev-share with programs that seem solid, anyhow.

* A free membership is always a good thing (temporary is cool too); that way, I can see the site and know how to prep my surfers for what they can expect. I can get all the free porn I want, so it's not like most webmasters are going to abuse the free access. I am fucking sick of program-owners giving me the 3rd degree for daring to want to see the actual product that I'm trying to sell! Jeez...

Those are just a few off the top of my mind. I hope that all program-owners take these few pet-peeves to heart.

Idealy this is what I like:

ID 2, Joins, Revenue
ID 3, Joins, Revenue
ID 4, Joins, Revenue
Totals:

Then you can click on each id to go into it and see referal urls etc..

So basically log in once and you see all your different accounts broken out for you on 1 page and u can choose to see that day or the month.

Maxcash is the only one like this that I've seen.

The real traffic volume I control obviously is the Hustler, Vivid etc.. traffic from Webquest. By all means please stop by the booth and say what's up :-) I'll be bouncing between both our FlyntDigital and VividCash booths.

As for the adult images, it does seem weird, but I already know the sponsor sells porn. That's why I'm there. If I wanted to look at porn I'd just sign up like everyone else :P Just would like to be able to check stats without possibly making other people in the room uncomfortable, depending on who is present (gf, etc).

So typically you get rejected when asking for a login to the site you're promoting? Not cool. In my opinion you should always take a look at the members area especially when promoting revshare.

Like I was thinking about once Airplanes have high speed access available. Would be cool to sit on the laptop checking stats and stuff and not worry about it.

- Unnessesary flashanims.
- No easy cut 'n paste masterlist with site/fhg linkcodes.
- Crappy content in the fhgs (small pix ripped from movies for example).
- Lame stats with no referralinfo.
- No IM contact info.
- CCBill sponsors who dont give the option to "merge" your join under an existing CCBill account.
- No popupfree linkcodes.
- Own loginsollutions where I cant bookmark stats/member page and let browser send l/p with http basic authentication.

If not rejected (rejected happens with about 1/2 of the major programs I've signed up as an affiliate with... the smaller programs seem to be a bit more flexible about this), then given the 3rd degree questioning about it before I convince them that I'm not some surfer looking for a free jerk.

To be honest, over 1/2 of the sites who let me have access to their site(s) just had (a) completely suck-ass site(s), so I didn't end up promoting them. But I shouldn't have to go through the 3rd-degree to see the product that I'm spending time and money to promote.

Again, I prefer rev-share products, so my take on this matter is a bit different than most. I'm not in this biz for a quick buck; I'm in it for tomorrow's paycheck as well.

poor affiliate programme software.

you send me emails promoting new sites you have, yet you don't include the linking code to these sites.

you send me emails telling me you have new hosted gallaries, yet you don't include the linking code to these sites.

SoulCash sends decent emails out :thumbsup

there are lots more quibbles like these - things where the sponsor should just spend that little extra time, making sure their software is as user friendly as can be.
