she could be allowed to sell her pictures (if she is not profiting - then why?) as she is NOT old enough to make a legally binding contract, and therefore when she does reach 18 she can sue everyone who profited ... the only possible way ... she could do this ... is to have the pictures taken when she is 16 and then sign the contract to sell them when she is legally an adult.

If she is not 18/21 NOW ?
How is it that she can legally sign a commercial non-essential contract?

Sites such as the one mentioned violate CCBills AUP and the issue has been addressed

Fletch, that is certainly not the case. Ask around and you will find that CCBill follows its AUP very strictly regarding what sites it allows it allows to process within our network.

We are trying to run a good business. We have a staff of policy review analysts that constantly look over sites that process with CCBill.

Although I have not yet looked into the particulars of this account, I have seen numerous cases of sites being changed once they have been accepted?in addition to the many other things that I have seen webmasters try to do?it is a matter of trying to get a policy review analysts eyes on the risky accounts...which is not the easiest job in the word when you deal with thousands upon thousands of constantly changing sites?

There are some well known people in this biz with old ties to under 18 non nude sites. Not naming any names, but do some PI work on those sites posted above and draw your own conclusions. CCBILL used to openly process non nude sites, that is no secret. Finally, they came to their senses.

Me and my friends has a kind of underground newspaper/EN/forum website in high school and the school threatened that there were parents taking out lawsuits because their kids were in the galleries.
