How can contact with candidhosting?
 
I have account there and i send them some mail to [email protected] but don't get any answer. I want add new domain. Do they can contact only by phone or they have another mail for support? Thanks.

I joined 2 weeks ago. I finally got around this past thursday to transfering the domain which I use for receiving emails. After the DNS propagated, I'm unable to login to my POP3 email box.

Unreal. What does it take to set up e-mail? 30 seconds?
You are too good of a customer. I would have pulled my sites, and charged back anything they charged me.

I'm giving the benefit of the doubt. But if this continues, I will have no other choice but to request for a full refund or chargeback.

This stuff shouldn't even be happening to a brand new customer.

I've learned not much gets done at candid on the weekend. The admins work monday-friday. So if you put in a request for something on friday (10pm), chances are it wont get done until monday or tuesday.

They have a new support system which you find
under support - maybe a week old or so.

Call them or e-mail sales@ or anyone at neutelligent.com

It goes up and down there.
Didn't you get an account rep ?
E-mail him instead.

Sometimes it takes 10 minutes sometimes it takes weeks.

Post that your looking for hosting and list your icq number

OK I've had enough of CandidHosting. Below is the follow up I tried this morning.

What complete disregard to customer service. After being out of touch for 4 days, I should get more than a simple "Ill do my best".

Is there any sales rep from ISPrime around here? I'd love switch if they'd only match CandidHost's V-1 plan.

I'm not sure whats happening over at CandidHosting. They happarently removed all their Virtual Hosting pricing and information.

Anyway, CandidHosting's V-1 plan was 50gb, 500mb, mysql, domains/subdomains on FreeBSD for $25
