Of course it won't, it's the point of it. When somebody requests hosting a Candid rep just happens to be there 10 seconds later with superior customer service.

I just want an answer, this is costing me money.

When people post on GFY looking for a host, Candid is all over it.

So now people who get nothing through normal support channels are just going to start threads like this knowing Candid is all over threads started by people looking for new hosts.

Last week they charged me for a cancelled account (cancellation confirmed and server duly inactivated). 5 days on I can't get a response from them about a refund, so today filled in a customer dispute request: ie instructed a chargeback.

Well you see i'm clueless, so when i think thats wrong, i'm obviously wrong. Thats how its supposed to be, hang in, candid rocks! they have like the best uptime.. ever!
