usually my bullshit is simple common sense, which a lot of people lack then throw their bullshit which in return i throw bullshit lame attempts at come-backs which in turn makes the whole thing as retarded as 5 year old kids fighting in a schoolyard. See i sometimes have to drop to their mentality to even talk to them.

Yea my rep got me on ICQ right after I posted this thread.

I have been with my hosting company since Febuary 2003 and I have had 100% uptime (so far) (knock knock on wood baby)

I am upgrading to a dedicated server soon for a very cheap price and a lot of added services like cpanel and whm which makes it easy for an idiot like myself.

I can not get them on the phone but they answer emails in minutes the longest wait to-date has been 4 hours but I send them email all the time because if they do not respond in less than 24 hours they offer a free month.

who are better, webair or candidhosting?

I've seen like no complaints about webair...Seems like a daily occurance with Candid

Yep you can get there sales team anytime of day, but good fucking luck getting anything done with there tech support. They are the worst ever.

I have 0 problems with tech support on my server actually.

I have my ways.

They're not that bad.. whenever theres a real emergency they've always helped me out pretty quick off icq.. The recent attacks/downtime is a problem though.. if it continues much longer it makes no sense to stay whether their tech support is good or not.. I hope they get it fixed permanently.. I hate moving!

Today is day 31 I've been waiting to get a domain forwarding issue resolved with candid. The issue has been 90% resolved. Still waiting though...
