the domain is already taken, theres no way i can take illegal images from paul markham and have them used in the design, so to me the design with the female images is worthless to me.

Ill buy the layout template for $30 and not a penny more. No webmaster who is legit will touch that design

that's what happens with most of these "template" sites. Until now, all of those I asked about that "little copyright thingy" failed to give an explanation. That's why some days ago somebody sold a premade tour at 1200 but with full copyright. No problem, kaboom, 1200 in the pocket.

You're warned, then don't come crying when those galleries at 5 bucks were just another scam, or the tours costs 75 but the licenses for the content costs 1000 (or 200 or 300 or whatever). Of course, there will be always newbies and those trying to make 1 million dollars investing 50.

For the record: I think these XA guys are good designers, just need to get out of these crap 75 deals

Another question for the "premade tour" fans: are you aware that you'll have EXACTLY THE SAME SITE as maybe hundreds of people? What makes you think that if somebody saw your tour somewhere else and didn't signed will do it just because they're seeing it at your domain?

Agreed, thats why they should be sold exclusively to that person and not to anyone else.

I think we as xatemplates.com have to mention that we have no partnership with xagraphics.com . So many people get confuses about us having the name xa in front of our domains but we are completely different companies.

And I can confirm that we have no ( I mean no) stolen images in our templates.

We bought the domain adultwebtemplates.com and we will be moving our site to that domain soon.

Please check our templates, you will not find any stolen images in our templates. you can contact the content providers directly as we give you the links that we used the contents from..

As I told, we in no way have to do anything with xagraphics.com. You should be more carefull when posting a message like that as you may get sued of that.

Please check the content providers links in the template descriptions. we are all open to our customers. we give th direct link to the content providers site. you can send an email to the content providers diretly asking about the images..

Ok.I decided to explain everything real.

i agree that i tried to sell a paysite design for very cheap. I wanted to sell it because of needing some money asap for paying my university fees. I know maybe 75$ or 750$ is nothing for an university fee but, money is really very needed thing for me now. Maybe most of you don't trust me, it's normal. But i say everything real here for this time. These are maybe my last words. It's really very hard for me to say but you most of my friends won...i couldn't play this game well.

after staying online for 4 years, i am leaving from the biz soon....

Yeah most content providers require you to have special transferrable licenses if you are creating the designs for sale (I know xatemplates is legit, but I don't know this other guy. BenThompson is good people though) Actually I know Paul's licensing is fairly strict, so unless you are allowed to transfer those images to a new owner, legally, Mr. XaGraphics, you cannot transfer the content with the design. You should probably consult with Paul first.

Just haters with nothing else better to do than post ICQ messages. I have had an extensive relationship with Ben from xascripts.com and he is top notch! Be advised that these are two seperate companies even though their domains are similar.

Well dispite your little diatribe, he IS correct.. most content is NON-TRANSFERRABLE. He would be legally liable to Paul Markham and any other content providers if he took the content with the design unless the original owner has a special license.

We have had no problems with xagraphics.com at all. They are a good company.

I asked you who took the images what photographer and you didnt even know, and i asked for the licenses to be able to use them and you couldnt supply them.

If you had had the licenses to be able to use the images in the design, I would have bought it IF and only IF the license came as a transferable one.

Some of you guys are pretty funny, you buy illegal shit and then say its legal, heh I guess thats what seperates a newb from someone who does shit legit.

That's the reason I like imageauction.com so much... you can buy the semi exclusive sets with reseller rights, IDs and can sell it with the design, see the avs design with banners and tgp template for sale in my sig.
And you can find stunning Asian and celeb sets shot by Mike Legge Studios, amateur, whatever you need and even can post your order or request on their board.

Who is talking about your sites? Where do I mention any site at all? If you say people is confusing you with another people, why are you confusing people when I didn't? Plus, what is wrong with what I told, even assuming for a second that I was talking about you? The only thing I say is there's no way a designer can offer a template at 75 including copyrighted content, much less if it's Paul Markham's. That tour uses at least 10 different sets, just do the maths, even with an special arrange of 20% of the real value the price doesn't close

And you should be more careful when reading, or if you feel like sueing someone, maybe start for the one using a similar name to yours, huh?

Thanks LM, yes you are right the license on Paul Markham Content Store is very strict. This is premium content and the webmasters who buy it do not want it on every tour. The signature site is a little loser. But on both content sites we expect the set to be inside the site.
