best weight gain suppliment?
im 5'11" and work out at least 3x a week, and i can't get past 145lbs... anyone wanna reccommend a good suppliment to me?

I once was in the same situation ...I used to weight 140 pounds...now after 3 years Im at 180 ripped....
but bro...how long have you been training for ?...cuz if its been only a couple of months...its normal not to gain weight The trick for guys like you and I...is to eat a lot, at least 4 times a day because otherwise you will never gain nothing since you have a fast metabolism so you need to eat 4 times a day and take two weight gain shakes...not whey protein, they are called weiht gainers, any muscle shop has them, then you must go to the gym 3-4 times a week and u'll start seeing results. be patient with it tho... milk cottage cheese chocolate ice cream banana sugar to taste don't get any low fat shit. make sure you're getting at least 30 grams of protein every 3 hours. plus all the vitamins and minerals. stick to it |

I have lived with bodybuilders from the IWA for years all i can say is every cent you earn you put it into you. If you can afford to eat every 3-4 hours do it. Protein shakes are just that protein read the side for nutritional info just consume what ever you can afford.

Don't use weight gainers. Sometimes you'll gain the weight and when you stop using them you're going to lose double what you gained.
Food with lots of protein is the best way to go. There are free calculators online that will help you estimate how much calories you need to eat per day to achieve your goals. But generally 2 pounds a week is a normal healthy weight gain. |

Lift heavy and very hard (you are not lifting hard enough now) and eat lots of beef 300 grams a day. You will grow like a weed.

just go into gnc and ask whats good, try it and if you like the taste keep it. mostly just matters how many calories you consume to gain weight, they all have enough protein. if you dont like it you can take it back and get a refund with gncs policy. i usually buy the stuff and mix it with milk, chocolate milk mix, and peanut butter. peanut butter adds some good extra calories and makes it taste 10x better. drink one of these with breakfast when you wake up and drink one before you go to bed.

If you really want to learn how to get big, do some research. There are tons of great resource sites on the net. Definately eat every two hours. Your recovery is as important if not more than your actual workout.
