In one word...HORRIBLE.

Do not go see it.

If anyone thought T3 was Bad...this was 2million times worse...it was just terrible form the start to end...and the worst part...is that they left it open for a sequel.

I thought Sean Connery didnt make bad movies....well, he does now.


The entire theather, which was full, booed after it was mercifully over.

Dont go...it sucked.

That sucks...I was kinda interested in seeing this one. Oh well, they can't all be great.

If you're going to the movies check out Pirates of the Caribbean. Great flick.

well, i see it coming.. saw some article that Sean C. has done some horrible movies for the past couple of 5-7 years. i guess he needs to be reading more on the scripts before the actual taping.


T3, i hate the movie. Script doesnt make any sense. bad crap for a politcal candicate. As they say, Bap publicity is still Good Publicity.

Did you read comic books or adventure books when you were growing up? If the answer is "no", I'd agree... don't go see this one. But if you did, this movie puts several childhood fantasies together in one movie.

I enjoyed the movie quite a bit and would recommend people to see it. Some may like it, some may not, but I certainly enjoyed it.

Critics are idiots. Always have been, always will be.

BTW- that goes for all the time, even when I agree with their assessment of a movie.

Saw the movie last night, it wasnt horrible but it wasnt great. The set designs were definitely interesting and the crew of characters was definitely a plus, especially the Oscar Wilde character, wont mention who so that I dont spoil it for others. But there just wasnt enough explanation of the bad guys motives. They were too broad and there was certainly a lack of tension near the end so that you never really got that suspenseful conclusion that would have made the movie better.

By the end I thought it had dragged on a bit long, although its really not a long movie, and this just shows that the ending is portion is a bit weak. But it wasn't horrible, just not great. Somewhere in between. Not for everyone I guess.

Why do Hollywood idiots always think they know so much? I am a HUGE fan of the comic book series that the movie is based on. They could have easily adapted it and made a good movie. The first series had Fu Manchu as the bad guy with Moriarty (Sherlock Holmes nemesis) pulling the strings. The second series involved the League getting caught up in the events of HG Wells' War of the Worlds. Both stories were AWESOME and didn't need any changing. Just look at the mess that Ang Lee made with the Hulk by trying to change it into his own vision.

Then along comes Hollywood types who have to go and make something into their own and in doing so screw it up.
Haven't they learned their lesson with all the other bad comic book movies that have been twisted and destroyed?

Hard to beleive this movie was done by the same guy who took Blade (a rather lame 70's comic character) and made a kickass movie.

I have a lot higher hopes for Hellboy. That movie has a similar "coolness" factor that the League comics had and the creator of Hellboy is working alongside the director every step of the way. Keeping my fingers crossed on that one.
